Welch Allyn 503-0054-02 Power Adapter for Hi Output, Propaq EL. A hospital grade power cord is also included. The unit's housing is CHIPPED - unit is being sold AS IS - for parts or repair.
You will receive the exact unit pictured.
Unit has a chunk chipped away from the housing and a crack from the chip - see pix - but is in otherwise decent condition with typical wear and no other cracks or chips and no writing or etching present!
