    Southwest Airlines TJ LUV "Show Your Spirit" Marketing Poster Placard Vintage
    It has a stiff backing, more like a placard than a loose rollable poster
    8 1/2 by 11 inches
    According to some reports: "The inspiration for T.J. LUV came from the plump little jet in a children's story Gumwrappers and Goggles (the tale of a jet) by Winifred Barnum Newman."
    "Show Your Spirit, was a musical based on Newman's book.  It ran in 30 cities between August 1983 and March 1984 with a cast of 16 singers, dancers, and actors."
    I think this was a marketing piece created around the time of the musical but don't know the exact date it was created. I have had it since the early 1990's having acquired it in a silent auction type event. It was framed when I got it but the frame deteriorated over time.
