Not sure but it seems hair on sides of face may have been cut ( see photos). Inner hips plastic have cuts ( may be manufacture cuts).     Vintage TELCO? Motion-ette
    Animated Lighted Christmas Display Figure
    There is no manufacture label or markings
    so I am unsure if TELCO or SANTA'S BEST!!
    (I couldn't find the exact motionette to be 100% sure)
    Measures 24" tall
    Cap, coat, pants and boots are suede-like material
    eyes open and close manually when you lay her down, NOT automatically.
    White plug does not have a switch, straight 2-prong plug!
    Works as shown with head and candle hand moving smoothly
    ( left hand does not move)
    No loud noise, quiet motor!!  Quality!!
    From a smoke-free home
