    Purchased from an estate sale, this piece is one of several that are NEW in original boxes.  This person had displays made up of all the other pieces they owned and had no boxes for the displayed buildings.  They never used or displayed their Easter or Valentine pieces
    I had to cut or remove the tape on the box in order to inspect the piece and photograph it
