    1992 My Old Kentucky Home Kentucky Derby Clown Irv Pope FDC Scott 2636. The late Irv Pope lived in North Little Rock Arkansas. He was an artist that specialized in watercolors and clowns. He did cachets for me for 5 years before he moved out of state. About 85% of the watercolor cachets he did for me featured clowns. He did about 35 cachets for me.
